Something cool happened, people choosed We1R and after the track auto changed into AS5 when the race was going to begin, then some random people got kicked.

Server Cargame S2 is down yes. I doubt that it was an action by this hacker.

He's using the same program that this thread is discussing. They can manipulate LFS to allow a blank username, making them admin in whatever server they go to.

LFS may be old, but it sure isn't boring at all. It's a game that I have played longer than any other game and I don't plan on quitting it soon.

If devs didn't pay many attention on developing, they should pay a bit attention on the existing community. Not a good point, that the most popular racing server can be hacked like this, and no intervention from the Scavier team. That show us how things are going right now @ lfs developement. I asked Victor on IRC yesterday, he was looking into it and Scawen already knew about it too. Usually these kind of hacks are not fixed in an hour or two so I guess you need to wait until Scawen comes up with a solution to the problem.

Until then you could try to IP ban the guy if you got root access to your server? It's probably no measure that works for long but it's worth a try.
