Since i reinstalled my Windows 7 everything is gone.
Everything was deleted from my PC all programs.
But now my LFS is heavy lagging.

What was your previous OS? Maybe your PC is not powerful enough to run the more heavy features of Windows 7.

Did you install your GPU drivers etc?

Try reinstalling the driver software for your CPU and GPU

Oddly enough if you blow your hd away and do a clean install then everything will be missing that you had before, I wonder why ?

Try these actions to get your pc working again.

1: Install Motherboard drivers, from the manufacturer.
2: Install Drivers for any cards, graphics, sound etc.
3: Try doing a backup of your data before you do this again.

sounds like you're missing drivers. I wouldn't bother with motherboard drivers, just update gpu drivers.

Some info of your hardware specs may help people help you. Just sayin

Have the above methods worked? AMD's drivers can be a bit odd. I don't know which, but one of the recent ones are really buggy. Go some web searching and find out which AMD drivers aren't buggy.

Also, a Core i3 (whatever gen) with the 7770 is powerful enough for Windows 7. Perhaps reading the OP might have been useful.

I think the bugged one was 12.4, don't know if the bug was fixed on 12.5 though.

That looks like there is no enough graphic memory available. Does your card allow to use RAM to increase it? Is it adjustable?
