in LFS whats the difference between ellepsoid and clr+sky?

i remember asking scawen back at RSC, and its something with the programming, he said that one may give you a higher FPS than the other

i get the same so.. i dont know really, thats just what scawen told me

well i found that epsiloid gave me 9 fps less, so i used clr+sky, and couldnt see the difference, and wondered what it was!

I think it depends on your system whether it affects your fps or not.
Normaly it doesnt matter
