A proper edit is not an easy 10 minute job.

The blur makes no sense, to be honest. As I see it the camera is
supposed to be focused on a far distance like the bridge or trees.
That makes the close things appear blurred.
Now if you look at your picture again, there's stuff in the distance
which is also heavily blurred (like the outside right and upper left
and everything seen in the mirrors [not the mirrors itself] ) and
there's close stuff that isn't (like your windscreen wipers).

the focus supposed to be the upcoming turn by the camera. if u focus right there its not too bad :P
