He's fantastic but i just find no joy in watching him, so charactherless, emotionless.. He's like a machine, maybe i will hate myself in some years by thinking like that but it's the truth.. I find much more joy in watching players like Ibrahimovic, CR, Ozil, Neymar, Ronaldinho etc..
Despite I hate Barcelona (even with passion if we can say) but Lionel is outstanding... He might be boring, but what he is doing is no doubt a good pick to be one of the all time greats

That's true, but I find myself cheering everytime he's running and the other players are pulling and pushing him, trying to bring him to ground, and he just keeps going on like a tank.

While the other players you cited (notably CR and Neymar) would just dive at the slightest contact (which is annoying because Neymar's best happens when he keeps going).

Just my thoughts, of course.
He is a great scorer, but he has his teamates to thanks as they all are very good.
Arsenal... LOL
I'm happy for my team. Maybe this will be the year we finally get rid of Wenger.
Arsenal wouldn't be performing any better with a different manager. Look at his transfer spending over the last 10 years - very little money has been available to spend without selling players first, and yet they've qualified for the Champions League every season.

The team are under-performing at the moment and they would probably be a couple of places higher if they still had RVP but they don't, and that's not something Wenger had any control over.

Who would you replace him with and what would you expect the replacement manager to do to improve matters? The only other manager in England who's out-performed his budget as routinely as Wenger is David Moyes.
Losing to Bradford, that is a different kind of retard.
Bradford have now won more games against PL teams than QPR
FIFA Club World Cup now.

The first semifinal is done, Brazil's Corinthians won against Egypt's Al Ahly in a very un-entertaining match, by 1-0.

I don't know if it's the weight of being there and not doing what Internacional did two years earlier (losing their first match when they thought they were much better), but the players seemed heavy, even fearful.
You gotta bear in mind that for us this is the highest a club can reach, while the Europeans don't seem to care that much.

Still it's nice to see teams so different playing.

Chelsea and Monterrey (MEX) tomorrow, the winner will play Corinthians at the final, on Sunday.

I'm enjoying it so far.
Worst. Match. In. Very. Long. Time.

At least Torres shut up those who have been suggesting he is back.
lol
Great, you just did the same shit they're doing. <insert facepalm image here>

@TFalke55: what a fked up world we live in, huh. Quite disgusting.
Just to ask a random question, does annyone find it likable, the latin football commentators? Especially when there's a goal? Quite possibly the most annoying thing your ears can witness..
An apparent bust up between Mancini and Balotelli in training today. From the pictures looks like Balotelli punched him.
From the reports nobody is saying that anybody got punched.

I hope if City decide to sell him he stays in the premier league, I would miss him if he went away. Liverpool could do with a Balotelli so he could take some of Suarez's yellow cards for him.

Dear god no. Keep that lunatic sideshow as far away from Liverpool as possible thanks
To be honest the only manager that could ever control him would be Mancini, can't think he would even be wanted anywhere for the inevitably high price for him anyways.

Oh come on you signed Carroll, he's a bigger hooligan than Balotelli.

And I'd rather have Balotelli than Sturridge any day of the week, even if he spent half the season in the stands for biting linesmen and mascots.
