I recently realized, or even was pointed out by a mate that I've run out of rear brake pads...
No wonder they were making such a noise, I thought they were just misaligned since i mainly only use the front disc anyway T_T
LOL I actually helped a little..... VERY LITTLE....
See the caliper on the back wheel? The bracket that holds it? Yeah. That one one was ALL MINE.
If it wasn't for that bracket, I don't think they would have won.
Seriously, it's a nice bike.
Now they're hit with a bunch of rich guys with "project bikes". Mainly they get old rice burners and have someone else do all the work to convert them to old school cafe racers. I did a tank emblem for an old honda 160 (?) It's bored out to a...185? Anyways, the guy wants it to look like a bumble bee. So far it looks really good. The work on the seat is really nice. When that one gets finished, I'll post it.
Almost forgot about this thread and posting my new bike in it!
But here she is my first big bike.
Picked her up last Saturday when there wasn't any snow.
My GPX 600 r with a streetfighter handlebar conversion kit on it.
All de mechanics are good the brakes are almost new as is the suspension.
The engine just had is mayor service done about 2.000 km ago
So that will be a nice summer and spring for sure!
I run the ever loving crap out of my 1978 TT500/XT500 (hybrid of the two). Loads of torque on a light bike. Wheelies and sideways everywhere.
The trails keep washing out which makes riding a little more fun.
Funny to see how my old Derbi has evolved past 5 years, altough it's still in mint condition and stock performance-wise I think when that picture was taken it had about 10-100km's on the clock, now it has only 2000km.
Now since I couldn't get it sold I kind of sold it to my little brother, and I kind of feel sad for the bike
