If it is a left hook it'll increase prices like no ones business.
If it is import it'll increase prices like no ones business.

Best thing you can do is phone a specialist insurer and talk to them. They will be able to do you a good deal. Standard insurance is of no use to you.

I cut my insurance bill in half for my RR by using a 4x4 specialist insurance company (a department of Adrian Flux for any LR owners) rather than anything you can find on confused.com and things of that nature.

You could try phoning Adrian Flux and say you're a member of Piston Heads. AF have a lot of discounts for car owners forums and such because they feel members of owners clubs look after their cars more than anyone else.
Quote from sinbad :Bit weird to criticise the diffuser for creating drag when he has a huge GT wing bolted on the back

lol tru dat

And Chris, you might not wanna pull numbers from under a carpet because in the state your car is in right now, there is no way in hell it's capable of 170mph

@blixt In regards to a diffuser you have to be traveling fast enough and low enough to the ground for it to start working.

Every force has an equal and opposite reaction.
Hardly plucked. I did 159mph with just 300bhp and i still had about 3k revs to go..

@doyal
Very nice! Enjoy!

@blueflame
You sound like an expert on these cars... but... Aren't you in fact the mad scientist who struggles even with a simple math equation?

just saying that the car is well fast enough to have a well functioning diffuser.
this cute 133hp thing made enough of a vacum to pull off the whole diffuser and part of the undertray.
and a diffuser can operate at way lower speeds then a wing, a wing in general is worthless under 80km/h

If you didn't figure it was him from the start, why are you asking him about having an LFS license?

Because he can obviously afford one.
Another car?
What's the insurance like on it? Always had a soft spot for them and I want something different now
I am paying £881, this is with 3x car changes since the policy started though.

Get one! If you want facelift, get one from between 2004 - 2005, these have lower tax, and no drive by wire and are considered better buys!
doyal, So you're an professional hairdresser now?
I'd bang him for a ride in that. Is there enough space in the trunk for a full grown adult?
