Yaay i have found the solution - Open empty textfile (in this case .LPR) and convert it to UTF-8 format - Copy the readable Russian Language - Putt ^C for each string - and save the file do not convert it to a another format. thx for helping.

AR(abic) according to international standard ISO 639-1 - see HERE. Also same if you use the ISO 2 letter / language code (HERE).
