I am new to this forum, so i cant get around really well.
I would like if someone can explain me how this racing league works, and is it active in 2014. I would like to play but i am still a Demo driver, and i think that all the demo leagues are closed. If you know some send me a link where can i register and start racing.

I haven't noticed leagues for demo racers for more than a year.

How do i buy S2 licence, its a bit of problem couse i live in a shity country, we dont even have paypal, cant get anything from ebay. Do i nee credit card or something?
And can we star a league of demo racers is there any thread that i can start just to see is there ahy drivers willing to participate?

This would be the thread that you would start I'm afraid. There's plenty of demo racers, but league racing is rare and difficult to find any more. Those who were interested in leagues have long since either left or bought the S2 license.

As far as buying S2 I'm not sure how to help you if credit cards or something of the like are not options. That's not my area of knowledge.
