What version of wine you talk about.. .Should function without any problems from 1.6 onwards.. (Probably earlier versions also but never tested this).

good question,in host via putty i installed wine automatticly,maybe i will find some information on host files,by which command you start server,because i tried quite a few,but none worked for me

I am using wine 1.6.1... Google doesn't know of any err 31.. No idea what err 31 means but something is configured wrong on your machine.

maybe you could help me out on skype? via skype dekstop viewer?

Eehh I don't think so... I am not really a Linux geek... Just persistent when something is not working to get it working.. But I have zero experience with the Ubuntu distro.
