You had me on hookers, I mean, new sim. Deffo.
No seriously though. I hope CM gets everything sorted, i havent tried the new ffb yet but i really enjoyed the driving previously. Its defiantly a step up from the previous dirts
I've recently bought Dirt Rally also.
Just gave it a go in the career mode and started out with the Alfa Romeo Fulvia. Thought this thing was RWD at first
But I can enjoy it so far though. Also gave the Audi Quattro a go on Pikes Peak but that is just freaky... It feels a bit OTT, but never drove the real one so can't comment on that
And here's Haydon getting a WRC 2015 stage win. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZnZTbdx7vlU

It's quite unbelievable for LFSers, but some developers really have timeline for updates.
Meanwhile game itself is still shadow of RBR. Sure it's better than any CMR in terms of simulation, but it still has long way to go till it can taken seriously. Rallycross feature is nice however, hopefully netcode will be good because it's crucial in this case.
The only good thing about my wasted money on Dirt Rally (I hadn't realised it wasn't a full on sim) is it's motivated me to get RBR working on my PC and wheel.
I really love RSRBR, I rant about it and annoy people with my opinion, BUT, I really think that Dirt is not a waste of money and is looking like the best step forward for 5 years in Rally Sim.
To Be Honest, RSRBR (and RBR) can't model RWD cars, the graphics are on a par with LFS, (sorry, but true), No weather, no real development, etc etc etc.....
Codemaster seem to be trying to do a high quality game here rather than just releasing crap. They have a rep that has a history of doing great games and I believe this is what they are trying to achieve with Dirt.
And even with my 8 year old 775/xeon GTX560 system I'm averaging 55 FPS on high settings. Sure, 200+ with LFS but .... hmmmm.....,.
his is just the first of our World RX packs; in the next one we’ll be adding a new track, new cars and online competitive play. Until then be sure to check out fiaworldrallycross.com for more info about this awesome motorsport.
I was exited to try the new Finnish stages, but noticed that they have removed the ability to mod the tires to be slippier. At least before the combination Fiesta WRC + Gravel + low grip tires was fun, but now this game is completely useless to me.

They need to add GRC tracks. More. Jumps. More. Carnage. #America.
