what is the problem? Where the admin password lapper file?

The admin password needs to be set in the ini-file.
If you haven't changed any names of the files, it will need to be set in defaultini.ini

No change in file names. admin password which you are writing the document

In folder "\default\includes" you will find the file 'addonsused.lpr'
Open that file and find the following line:

#include( "./driftmeter.lpr");

Then remove the # at the start of that line.
Save the file and restart Lapper.
Then the driftmeter is active.
