Acttualy im have a laptop to play LFS and light games.

The configs of HP Compaq CQ58 laptop:

CPU - AMD E1-1500 APU @ 1,48 GHz (2 cores ,2 threads)
Yes, i have a VGA/ GPU- Radeon HD7310 (@384MB)
RAM - Hynix 1x4GB DDR3 1066 MHz clocked @ 533 MHz
HDD - Hitachi 500GB 5400RPM SATA 2.0

I still can not get 30 fps fixed

The GPU is very weak, its twice as slow as a GeForce 9600M GS for example (2008). Also the CPU is very slow, its comparable to the old Atom line of Intel, this laptop is not suitable for LFS. But on your profile you mention proper hardware so probably this is some backup machine. Anyway, don't expect anything of it, the parts cannot handle it.

If you play only offline, you may want to install some older version of LFS, since the 2017 version has new version of demo track and it is much heavier. So find a 2016 release or older: https://www.lfs.net/archive

Install all the required drivers, lower texture filtering and turn off shadows/sky.

yes it's a backup machine, as long as I do not have my desktop prepared!
But the strange thing is when I play in 3rd person the FPS nor fix to 30FPS, and when I put onboard can be fixed ...

I can have the problem fixed in 600p (1024x600) on camera onboard and 3rd person
