Not a cheat, just proper setup.

Have done it myself with both RB4 and FXR. No idea what setup did I use then,so might take a while to do it again. But yes,no cheats there,just all wheel drive and specific setup needed. And a flat area. And patience.

I can do this with XFG, it's just a matter of carefully managed setup.

Didn't know there were setups that could do this aswell. Ain't surprised though. That said, from my experience with demo servers, you can very easily achieve the same thing with cheats in seconds while still looking legit. Careful out there.
