Hello!

So I recently bought s3, was playing on a servers, where was mentioned that can't use skins, so basicaly if I wana ride with my bmw e30 skin, I will get banned?
This might sound like a stupid question, but im new to the game, also coulnd't find rules on homepage about what I mentioned before.

I think somebody got tired of explaining the skins are off in the normal version. You need a testpatch at the moment to make skins to work online; https://www.lfs.net/forum/thread/92067-Test-Patch-0-6R8-%28now-R12%29

I have noticed the last couple of days that skin download is working again also in 0.6R

In LFS a skin is the paint job (allowed), and altering the cars 3D model is a 'VOB mod' (not allowed)... I've seen a few people from other sims call altering the model 'skinning' rather than 'modding', so maybe that is the confusion?
