I had just moved my LFS files from my old laptop to a new one. All seems to be going so well until a random and frequent issue with the "supposedly" D3D device.
Current new specs are:

Acer Aspire 5920G
Intel Core 2 Duo T7300
Nvidia GeForce 8600m GT
2GB DDR2
160GB HDD

I'll be glad if anyone can help me out

I suggest you installing a new copy of your game and move the needed files into the new LFS. This may fix you issue, if not - check your gpu driver for updates!

If this keeps happening I recomment reinstall GPU driver.

Before reinstalling your GPU driver, I suggest that you clean the old one out with Display Driver Uninstaller.
