Let's say I have S3 but i dont like my username anymore so I wonder if it is possible to transfer that license to a new account. I heard this is possible but I'm not really sure.

It is not possible to change username.

I talked with one of the devs about this a couple of years ago. IIRC the racing stats were linked to your username, therefore it could not be changed.

You can always change your in-game nickname though

Nope, I wanted to change mine to Virtual Raceways, I could not. I will eventually just get another account... if I stay in business anther year or so that is.
