KrugeN and
13.Brunnkvist - receives a WARNING for overly agressive behaviour in 1st lap, causing multiple contacts between each other and other drivers. Similar behaviour in future will lead to race ban. The race is 30 minutes long and it cannot be won in 1st lap, only lost, this is not a rallycross race, where you get your position in 1st turn agressive move and hold it for remaining 3 laps! If you have no intention to race full distance, then please don't even start,it's just disrespectful to other drivers, who lose track position and even gain damage to their cars due your agressive driving.

The final race of 2018 was almost a sequel of VERL season - both top2 drivers of final standings were in the same positions for whole race. And the race winner did survive his unsuccessful attempt to drive on victory lane over a somewhat unsuited ramp to it.
The 3rd most successful driver of RTFR was the one to look for yesterday - Botsi took over the rights for pole position in qualifying and led every lap to finish first,he gathered up these achievements - 13th win (3rd most),12th pole position (tied 2nd most),11th fastest lap of the race (2nd most) and 26th top5 finish. Unite was able to close up on leader in later stage of the race, clocking the 16th closest finish in RTFR history, but still finished 2nd,which is his highest finishing position in this event,3rd top5 finish for him. Rony was the 3rd and last car on lead lap,77th top5 finish earned here. The competition for 4th position probably was the hottest one in this race, despite larger gaps in finish, the 4 car group had to decide between themselves the remaining 2 top5 finishes - the spanish driver Deivi was ahead of the group and after a longer break from RTFR he returned with 4th place finish, good improvement from his previous best - 8th. J.A.Katila closed up the top5,rounding up his top5 finish count to 20.
With this the year 2018 of RTFR has been concluded - next race in 3 weeks, which is 8th january, will feature road legal cars. Until then an announcement regarding slight changes in RTFR will be posted - don't worry, the racing itself will still the same.
In the 3 weeks until next RTFR Race Green Events will offer other racing - already next week the well known Xmas derby will return, more info will be posted soon. And in 1st sunday of new year AWS will be launched with traditional NewYear City Challenge as it's 1st round - full schedule is already posted in lfs.net calendar, more details during this week.
Race Green Events thanks to all racers for their support and interest into our events and wishes everyone Merry Xmas and Happy New Year!
