Alright, so I was playing , I picked the BF1, and realized that it has 2 skins. I picked "Sauber_JV" and thought "ಠಿ_ಠ wait isn't this the exact same as HS?", I searched on Google to see if anyone had asked this question before and apparently no. Even on the LFS forums.
So what is the difference between them aside from the name?

There is only one difference. Driver number on the nose. NH is 16, JV is 17.

NH means *Nick Heidfeld* and JV means *Jacques Villeneuve*
They were the drivers of the Sauber Bmw F1 team back in 2006

i also saw that the michelin logo on the left is kinda different on both.
