THE NEW TRACK || BERLIN RETRO
The scenery of this championship's Finale will be a new track, built for the occasion.
Introducing Berlin!
A 6.5 KM long track, with 16 corners and clockwise direction.
The track is a concept mix of the old AVUS track, mixed with a more street-like sector that goes thru the outskirts of the city, passing through residential areas and old monuments.
Overall the track have a good flow, and getting into the rythim is essential to go fast there.
The track's main feature is a monumental oval-like section, a big Parabolica corner with a steep banking that drivers will face as Turn 1.
There are various lines to go through this exciting corner, and will be fascinating to see the tactics in the race, between drivers who wants to take it a bit more easy to preserve the veichle or drivers that will go flatout, all risk.
But there are a lot of technical sectors as well where a lot of laptime difference can be made: it's essential to keep the flow and don't loose momentum there.
Let's jump onboard for a push lap of Berlin!
THE CHAMPIONSHIP BATTLES
Going into the last round of the season, all 4 of the class titles are still open!
The LMP1 championship battle seems to have shrunk down to 2 main contenders: RG^Rony and THR Mazdarati are set to go head to head into an EPIC final battle in Berlin.
The two of them are separated by just 4 points, with RG^Lorenzo 30+ points behind due to his Blackwood's DNF.
But with a 2 hours double points race, everything is still possible!
In Hypercars, With just one race to go, ZFRL Thehemuli have the championship in his bag: only a DNF by him and a win by LG-Mies could re-open this championship battle.
The GT championship battle sees [PM] JAM 616 as the natural favourite.
He's got a healty lead over a tight bunch composed of CRAAACH, WCL Arska, RG^RD2 and B2R Litro.
However, a difficult race by Jam in Berlin could as well open the championship battle to multiple contenders!
The Porsche Cup Championship battle is WIDE OPEN!
We've got GUM||Donald in the lead, but the margins with the rest of the pack are super tight: 4 drivers in 11 points, and a fith one not super far behind.
Everything is possible in the 2 hours double points finale.
