Caio Apache VIP (I, II, III and IV)
Hi Smile

After some time searching for reliable sources of Brazilian urban bus models, I found a website of an OMSI 2 mod creator that contained several bus models.
After some time reducing the 3D model in blender, I saw that it was possible to bring this model to LFS, so I decided to try to contact the owner of the 3D models to ask permission to put them in the game.

I sent him an email, but after 4 days he hadn't replied (the email was probably inactive)

So I decided to be a bit "daring" and ended up sending him a private message on his personal facebook, which I found in a Brazilian OMSI 2 group. He replied and authorized me to upload his 3ds models to LFS.

Victor: Hi man, fine?
Me: Hi all good
Victor:Yes, you can use, I'm glad to hear it will be reused in another game.
Me: I'm glad you let me use it Smile

Hi Big grin

After some time at the LFSE, VIP 4 is 90% complete, with only the skin template and the modeling of the underbody of the vehicle missing, since the model is from OMSI 2 and doesn't come with the 3d underbody.

After the VIP 4, I'll be starting VIP 1, I've reduced it completely and it's already in the LFSE Smile

Well, since my mod was rejected, I'm going to post some proof here (I hope) to show that YES, these 3ds models are 100% legit and made by Victor Borges (creator of the 3d models and mods for OMSI 2)

Victor Borges channel link: https://www.youtube.com/@victorborges6995/videos
which shows him testing the mods he makes

His profile on the ViaMep website, the largest Brazilian OMSI 2 mod site currently available, where he posts all his mods, and always leaves the .blend link editable for anyone who wants to make a mod of his buses separately: http://omsi.viamep.com/author/victor_1711/

below you'll find some screenshots of Victor Borges' posts in the OMSI BRASIL V2.0 group, of him showing various photos of the 3d modeling process, screenshots of the finished models, photos of him when he was modeling in ZModeler, screenshots of him asking members of the group for photos to help him make the models.

As you can see, the posts are from before 2022, up to posts from 2018

I just want these buses to be published, since when I said I was making these buses on a brazilian lfs discord, a lot of people were happy that they were going to see another brazilian urban bus on lfs, even more so made with quality

EDIT: I sent Victor Borges a message and he sent me 3 more photos to prove that he made the 3D model. Unfortunately, he said he doesn't have photos of all the models, just the VIP I, which is the one in the photos.

Quote :Well, since my mod was rejected,

Very sad. The OMSI community is very large and even today more or less professional models are created.

But! If u have some useless time, and want to spend it for another model, I think I could give you some of my models. Ofc, I leave it to you to improve them and adapt them to LFS.

Like this for example: https://img.ttsk.ngo/images/2017/07/08/JelczM11.png.

For this I need find raw files in the depths of my HDD: https://i.imgur.com/4aCLVHA.png.

I know they are not brazilians buses, but who cares: buses are buses! Big grin

no problem for me, I'm interested in this Jelcz M11, it looks a lot like the buses that were used in my town in the 80s and 90s xD

I just hope some reviewer sees this thread and tells me that these models will be accepted in the lfs so I can build them, since I only have 2 mod slots available. Smile

Could some reviewer take a look at this post and tell me if this evidence is enough for me to re-upload the mod?

Look at this post reviewers, And release Carlos' buses
I hope you see it as soon as possible!
My advice is to create another mod submission, set it as private agreement and include the information you gathered in the private agreement description. Also link it to this WIP thread.
