AIRIO ERROR : Ya se ha agregado el elemento. Clave en el diccionario: 'China' Clave agregada: 'China'

I have been seeing this error quite frequently in the AIRIO console of our servers. I would sincerely like to know what it means and why.

Now I have the following error. It does not let me run AIRIO on our server for S3.
