This is Rachael, his wife. I think you should make him do a series of tests to get back in to your team, as he is soo big headed. You need to make him work hard. He thinks you are all pushovers, and he will easliy get back in.

She is a bitch! But, I think it would be a good idea for ALL team members to have a test, to seperate the wheat from the chaff. What do you ALL think of that?
