enough off topic in irc

Off topic is always a good section to have because otherwise it all ends up in a topical forum and messes everything up. I say have the off topic. But i would also say no rush there is obviously plenty for the admins of the forum to sort out and this (imo) should not be a priority.

The General Racing talk forum might be home to off topic untill an Off Topic forum is created.

I think we'll have to wait and see the kind of posts that emerge before we'd know if one is required, alot of people wll probably still use RSC for this sort of discussion I know I will.

Can only help keep the on-topic areas neater.

Any topic can be consiered an offtopic, and forums don't need an offtopic section, because those who can speak on topic, don't need forums.
