Level 13 has stumped me, I need help!

I'm having trouble with #15. I've tried connecting the dots but it doesn't work. I'm just confused by the needing to know the alphabet too.

EDIT: Full answer or clue? If you want a clue - things that float in the air. You could also just put the jigsaw together but I failed at that

i aint a clue what binary is, so unless someone gives me the answer, my puzzle solving days are well over

Well, after I got level 18, 19 just flew, now I'm on 20 and get it, just a matter of doing it.

All level 20 is making me now is hungry, its complicated, and doesn't make sense logically.

im utterly hopelessly stuck at 25

If I could get past 20, I could prolly get that far.

20 is really simple its binary with a very intuitive system to code characters

21 has me stumped... I can't figure it.
