Shaun, you'll figure out rather quickly that uploading to YouTube will not work, because there is a 10 minute limit. Google Video is the only real option to upload it to, and I've had it uploaded, it just decided to fail.

Re-Encoding too, Just in case the Failed is due to technical problems.

it worked i had to decrease the quality though. its gone from 154mb to 100mb

If you hadn't noticed, the limit is 10 minutes AND 100 MB, not just 100 MB
