Click the 'open' button and load your '*.PLY' file (you'll find it in your 'lfs/data/misc' dir).

Scan through the available driver clothes and pick which ones you want.

Hit the 'Save' button and either overwrite your PLY file or save it as a new file if you want to keep your existing file intact
