ingame go to: Options > Game then you'll see a button called F1 - F8 i think it says clcik on it and you can change the text.

Hello, I think GetGReddy means to ask how you can change the functioning of the keys. So instead of chatting a message, putting your own functions behind it, like change your carhorn or whatever.
