I get... ahem... tailbone pains after 50 laps.
I cut my wrist once on a corner of the momo pedals as I was reaching for something on the floor. Still has a scar visible :P
@ BlakjeKaas
now that's a strange setup, can't you change you wheel to be in front of the screen?
btw, in a murcielago the steering wheel is not centered to the drivers seat (top gear knowledge)
I remember when I installed my new PC , I also connected my wheel again , put FFB to all max in LFS and then I started to drive the wheel with my chin while typing , and BANG a rammer struck me and now I have a really nice scar under my chin
The only "injuries" I ever had was my right foot because of a n00bish style of heel and toe + 4 hours of doing that.
Couldn't really walk after that

But fortunately it made my style better now

I got mental injuries from that one as well. Shift+S haunts me in my sleep...
I done the ligaments in both my knees playing football (about a year apart from each other) It was similar to the injury Michael Owen picked up in the England game.

Basically after a long race, even though I only use a pad my knees hurt. Usually from tensing them up all the time during a race, I almost repeated the bad ligament injury in my left knee after one of the 60 lap GP's when I had to run to answer the phone

My finger got almost good, but then did couple of races and it went bad again, also wrist feels odd now.

Also got neck strain driving car IRL too
My wheel hit me in the face one time I was leaning forward to move something from my feet - FFB kicked in and the thing sprung forward and clocked me on the chin (the perils of playing with a FFB on your lap).

I also suffer a lot from cats jumping on my groin when there's no keyboard in the way. That'll mess our race up, I tells ya.
well my ars..butt hurts after sitting with LFS for 7h+..

and i get some neck problems sometimes.. :X
I get shoulder pains after racing for a while, because i have the G25 with a strong FFB. One hand on the shifter, and the other on the wheel.
i took a lot of beer last weekend which resulted in a fractured rib and some shattered equipment which i don't even want to think about. that didn't keep me away from lfs at all though so i can say lfs has prolonged my healing process, if not caused any (other than mental)actual injuries itself.

no seriously i should take a break from drinking & racing but now it's impossible due to the patches scawen keeps uploading! (pls don't stop)
my neck starts to hurt after a while of racing.. because my chair doesn't have enough support for my upper body i think.

i need to fix this problem because it makes me lose my focus and stop racing after a while..
Well i once almost broke my arm while racing on rally when my dfp fell off the desk and landed on me. That was painfull.

What else...ah yes today i was racing on ctra - was in 2nd place with last turn when my sceen died and after few second my antivir started to update..I was so furious that i hit my desk with let's say ....much force...it hurts till now...but that doesn't count right?
apaert from neck/backwrist and shoulder strain the racing never really cause's the pain.

It's when I crash after making a foolish mistake, i.e. the first turn at blackwood and clipping the curb. I normally get pretty angry. One time I slammed my foot on the ground beside my pedals a tore my anlke ligament. Still hurts but doing no bad on one pedal.

Edit: ooops, it's seems I've posted here already?
Sitting about after a race, waiting for the restart last week, I was resting my chin on the top of my wheel and someone smacked into the side of my car making the Force-Feedback twist my jaw and made my lip bleed.

:dunce:

Hah.. just read this one...
Quote from Bawbag :Oh yea, the best injury i've heard of was from Jonesy_...... We were doing a FZR race and at the end he was resting his head on his wheel, well I came along and smashed into him, the wheel burst his nose.

I've caught myself resting my chin on my wheel a couple times only to think "Gee, if someone wrecked me right now, it might actually hurt..." Well, now I know thanks to you guys

I've somehow managed to avoid any injury while sitting stationary at my desk. I've had the occasional scratch on the toe from the underside of the pedals, but that's really about it so far. I guess a migrane in the morning after an entire day of racing would rank as the worst for me. Though I'm not sure if that counts as a physical injury.
