Is there a way where i can type in the talk box, at the same time as controlling my car?

If you use a keyboard as your controller, no.

If you use a mouse or steering wheel, just hit T as you would normally.

im using a tablet mouse, and i cannot move the wheel :S

I don't think you can talk and use the mouse at the same time, only a wheel.

I think it's easier if you have your KB in a comfortable postion if you have a wheel, its easier to talk on the straights.

I don't chat in those combos. I bungee cord my wheel on the straights and run upstairs for a bathroom break or get a glass of lemonade or something, LOL.

It takes 2 minutes to microwave a bag of popcorn in my microwave. I think at KY National around the front oval stretch is just enough time in the UF1

I use a mouse, and indeed you can not steer when you are in typing mode. You can only talk and type when using a joypad, joystick, or wheel.
