I have a spare Club 3D Radeon X800XT AGP, 256MB memory and Arctic Cooling VGA Silencer attached. I have the original box, cables etc. Never been overclocked and I've never had any problems with it. I've played LFS at 1680x1050 4XAA 16XAF.

I'm giving it away IF someone comes up with a good enough reason why you deserve it

You should send it to me. I use a 128mb card that can hardly cope with a full grid on the new patches.

My sister would'nt mind it! She likes lfs and other games. Atm, she has a pretty poor machine (gfx wise) so this would help her. She does'nt get great FPS and it does'nt look to tasty in LFS.

whats your current CPU and GPU?Maybe thats the problem and not your GPU.

Yes, might be the CPU. Currently running with Athlon 2400+ and Radeon 9600 XT, it's getting old now, but there must be a ton of people with worse rigs. LFS is ok when with few cars, but struggles on the grid badly, and games like Oblivion..well, not a chance!

If you can't find anyone to give it to, I'm willing to buy that thing from you, it's a good GPU.

I dont think the X800 would help you a lot maybe onlt to add some AA+AF but I dont mean that you would not deserve it

I have no idea. I'm just happy it failed one week before the warranty ran out instead of one week after. Decided to remove my comment and the attachment though.

i think my sister will be happy with anything better than what she has now. She only gets 5-10FPS on a full grid LOL

I'd have use for a better card too. After all those hours wasted on playing solitaire (even it is a bit too graphically intensive when shuffling cards) I think my radeon 9800 pro is ready to retire from service.

Too bad I don't have an AGP slot. I keep having to spend my saved up cash I'm saving for a gfx card to put fuel in the tank to get to work

I have AXP2200+ and Radeon 9500 Pro, close to your specs, but I still used to play with 4xFSAA (1024x768) but now with 32 car grid it's pretty bad... I've struggled this far but finally a damn time to upgrade, so many interesting games coming out summer/fall that I can't just miss them.

Can I have your GPU card?

My only reason would be a slightly broken 9700. Broken probably because Il-2FB doesn't want to run anymore with above medium settings (produces artifacts and crashes which it didn't do earlier - same drivers). LFS still works... so far.

There are people with really bad cards. Maybe somebody with an awful Turbo cache card, integrated gpu or similar would need it most.
