a rally car like used in WRC would be nice WRC IN LFS , OMG would be best game ever , whit that physics. how sweet woud that be with proper stages and you have to drive from stage to stage and service area it woud be so good if it was just that easy WRC on the game would be good with a few stages
I've been wondering, if its possible for the AI to learn off humans. To do it; it would require some sort of monitoring of the human, and then passing that info into the AI. Even after training, they are still slow.
One thing that annoys me about the AI. If I remove them from the driver list (not delete them), they have to relearn again. Typically at AS2 in the FOX, they start out doing 104's and end up doing low 103's. Be nice if they remembered they can go faster. But if some way could be done to allow ai to learn from us, it'd be much better. I know it would be very hard, but I'm sure its possible.
Another my suggestions:
1) Why only XF GTI and XF GTR have a view from passenger seat?
2) "O" letter and "0" (zero) is the same in options. I'll suggest to add a diagonal line in zero to distinguish it. (look attach)
3) Add a function in Multiplayer : When I enter the Multiplayer -> Join specific game -> join game via local network - game automatically scan all ip-adresses in local network, give the list of ready players and connect to it?
4) When I drive on FXO Turbo (or any else car) at 30 km/h, select 1st gear and turn off the ignition, the car continues to move. But it is impossible. Car must stop because of braking by engine...
5) compatibility W version with V version etc.
6) when I crashed and restart the car some cars fully repaired and but some nothing changed.
7) not all car views has rear view (like in NFS)
8) When I start the race I cann't switch the gear from 1st to neutral.
9) speed limiter and directional signal occupy 1 lamp on car panel. I suggest to give it separate lamps and add flash lamp:
1st lamp-for flash (blue)
2nd-for direction signal (yellow)
3rd-for handbrake (red)
4th-for speed limiter (green)
tire change> never
is there a way to make the game not change tires when you pit, even if they are more than 90% worn? i was thinking Scawen could probably add this easily into the next patch.
it would be nice to see a few more cars based on real ones like the BMW F1 is they dont have to be new cars could be old ones a few cars i would love to see in S3 is the escort cosworth, lotus carlton and a dodge charger but thats just me
Is there really a situation where going to the pits and not changing the tire(s) which has worn over 90% would be benefical? It's true that it wouldn't be hard to do, but it's not really needed anyway..
But with 10% or less left on the tires they are really close to blowing. You would have to drive really carefully (slow) or a tyre would be punctured, in both cases you would probably be faster if you just changed the tyre and drove normally. Yes, it's a theoretical situation that you would gain a bit, without changing a tire which is over 90% worn, but in practice that wouldn't really happen.
so then why not give me the ability to push my tires untill they blow?in preparation for a race some time ago, i discovered that even though my tires were over 90% worn, they would last an extra 6 or so laps driving in addition to the race length. So i'd be losing time by changing the tires.
View: Can you get rid of the problem when I hit N to centre my virtual clocks, and the name list comes up. When there's alot in the race, it fills up too much of screen. It needs to be viewable, but can we have another key that sets the clocks position, or an option in options that lets us choose whether we want them to the side, or together in centre bottom.
Can you remove the lap reset if you go to pits. I think its a good thing if you shift S from the track. But if you drive into pit, and into garage, it shouldn't reset the laps you've done. Sometimes you find you've just got the wrong setup or something. In real racing, you can go to the garage with no penalty, if you can get out again b4 the guy behind u catches up, you keep your position (unlikely though).
I would love to see some atmosphere in the game. Stands, crowds... flag waving... some cheering sounds (specially at end). It'd just add some atmosphere that its missing.
