Not sure how I feel about teams that were formed in the last three-four months competing in the BOTT...

Personally, I think it would be best to have only 2 divisions and the teams which fail to qualify can be reserves. In my opinion it's likely that a lot of teams often won't bother racing, it happened quite a lot in season 1 if I'm not mistaken.
