I like this
GO GO Winckelhok (or whatever is his name )
NO Red Flag
OK - They've red flagged it. You can't race like this.
Rain is not problem, it's problem that they are on setups for dry... I hope they will give spiker dude pole and start new race whit finish order of lap 3
when was the last time we've seen a race redflagged?
I bet the bloke in the forklift about shat himself! The torro rosso car nearly got him
You've asked for rain for the whole season, now look what happened!

Pitty that Räikkönen missed the slippery pitlane, but did look like a Spyker missed hitting him too. So, some luck there too.

Btw, Hamilton was lifted back on the track. I wonder what its said in the rules about that, or is it just common practice at Nurburing. :P
Absolutely cRaZy start to the race! I was praying for rain but this is too much.

Should be a fun race though when it stops raining.
Well that was interesting! Hamilton actually got up to 4th when he got that puncture, mainly due to the BMW's playing tag.

Anyone who had £10 on Winklehock leading a lap is now a millionaire.
Wow... this is neat! THE SUN IS OUT NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Quote from DarkTimes :FFS red flag the race. This is nuts! Someone is going to get killed!

Quote from N I K I :NO Red Flag

The rules are clear: a race shouldn't be stopped because of the rain.
I guess they red flagged it because of too many cars being off track but not because of the rain.

Aquaplanning world championship!

Inspired descision by the Spyker to start in the pit lane. Now he'll be on the pole for the re-start.
Brazil few years ago? (also rain race)
Funniest moment of the whole thing, Hamilton keeping the engine running and getting a lift out of the gravel, as soon as they put him down he was off!

BRILLIANT for them! KUDOS!

I love underdog stories!
Now it is drying out!!!! GO GO CLIMATE WARMING

Hill managed a win in the Arrows in the wet, who knows what could happen today
OMG They should have pressed SHIFT + P :bump:

Yes, because of the Trulli crash when millions of car parts were lying on the track. Was 2nd or 3rd last lap, though, I think.
First Red Flag since Spa in 2001 i believe our commentators are saying.

GET EM RESTARTED ALREADY!!!!!!!!

They've done it before, back in Japan '94 I remember the race was stopped because of the rain, and I'm sure since then as well.

I'm sure there must be something in the rules about the race director just deciding it's too dangerous to race, which it was without doubt. Any more of those cars going off at that corner and they would be sweeping the marshals off the race track, as opposed to carbon-fibre.
I hope Winkelhock does well. After all he paid 750,000 Euros just to have a race with a Spyker...
His sponsors must be already happy, however.
10 minutes until restart :| (but this rain won't come again, and track will be dry soon on driving line, so bad overtaking opportunities, when it truck comes dry

Rain again in 12 minutes
