Hello.. I made my skin for one league in demo.. same is for XFG.. maybe i made here some grunge how on XFG... Any coments?

pretty ok for you first.. but:

1) plz don't use [img] tag (only for nice renders

)
2) get something like photoshop or gimp
3) use hi-res textures
4) stick-on grills/headlights most of the time look really bad

(yours do becouse the extremely low res)

Goes for both above.

please don't use the img tag on skins, there's something called "attachement"!
