Oh, well that is my set that wheel4hummer uploaded, which I told him not to! Anyways, you need to add weight on the back of the car with the balancing thing. 200kg and 0% makes it wheelie

The only things I could think of, tires too cold/hot.
and/or
Handicaps (Added weight/restricted power)
