After spending time looking through font sites and finding nothing, does anyone know the font used for the Zuma Jay lettering at the bottom?

In most cases, you will never find the font you are looking for, trust me. A unique logo such as this will almost always have a handmade typeface by the designer, or one that is bought for a high price from some good font foundries. If you can find whatever this is, good hunting

Seems like a pretty easy set of characters to make yourself imo, or to find something similar.

I gave up in the end and made it. I was looking for the font though to make the letter's more accurate as I know some of the corners are sharp others are round but being so small you can't tell. Will have to take a picture next time I am passing the shop
