The ugliest "tuning" cars in the world!
I decide to start this topic when i saw this picture. So if you have a picture of an ugly "tuning" car, post it!

Oh god, not this XD

I love the way people decide to take a car of 1 style, and then make bodykits for it, like they are from a totally different car. As for front bumpers like that, i would seriously wait for him to come back to his car, and bombard him with 'WTF were you thinking dude'
He's still got steel wheels!!!!!!! ROFL
Whats everyone laughing about? that thing is the shiznit!!
pretty fly hub caps
I remember someone posted a link to a tuning site that did a weekly 'worst car' competition. Can anyone rememeber the site?
Lights from a CLK/E-class, and a honda badge.....umm

Might have been BarryBoys that IIRC, had a 'shed of the week' contest.

The site's always good for a laugh anyay.

not to forget the BMW grill...

On a sidenote: The blue car in the background in the first pic looks almost liek an XFR. that's what I'd call style ^^

That's the one
OMG lol these are a pile of crap all show no go dont do that to a car tune the engine to the limit and then leave it or just put a little lip on the bottom of the original bumper these are typical boy racers not people who build show cars
Have people come across companies that specialise in tuning cars on the 'highstreet'?

We have one near me in Norwich, called SCA Race and Rally, and all they do is sell big wheels and LED washer jets (and the like) to idiots. Mostly seems to be Peugeots and BMWs in their carpark (I buy our racing brake fluid from them, and they looked dumbfounded when I said it's for a racing car - they sell it for road cars!!!! How dangerous is that!)
I dont have any shops near me what fit bodykits and sell them well i think i dont anyway but i do have a engine tuner about 10mins down the road owned by alan jeffery http://www.enginetuner.co.uk
i think its about as safe as asking a halfords employee what a ( name ANY car part ) is.... seems no matter which one you goto they dont know what your on about ( i.e im looking for a self enclosing dvd/radio with ipod attachment , they reply " we got a nice collection of sony head units... " )

sometimes i wonder why people even bother going to do their " jobs "
There was once a place in my town that fitted bodykits and sold the usual 'rimzz' and a huge selection of gearknobs/badges/trinkets. Strangely enough, they went out of business.

Just looked at some example dyno charts - and the power and torque don't cross at 5252rpm, even taking into account the silly double y-axis scales.

Thus I deduce - they don't have a clue.

These guys at alan jeffery's deffently know what they are doing you should see his impreza go it is pretty scarely quick for a impreza he mainly deals with impreza's as thats what cars he mainly owns and they are all tuned he know's his limits so he wont modify a car if he knows the car with have problems with it after being tuned if you go down his unit they take a long time to do it as alan wants everything spot on so everything fits nice a snug and he loves perfection he is mainly a rolling road tuning specialist but he also does engine building for a nice tidy price from about £3,500 lol

Sam.
Its 4wd, of course its going to be quick 'off the line' probobly the same output of a WRC car, which is about 1/2 because of the weight the WRC car would have.

Its a bad car for me, i know it hasn't been 'tuned' but if the spoiler was put in the bin, it would be a quality car.

And THIS? this takes the biscuit... oh... what a coincidence... yet another FORD. http://www.enginetuner.co.uk/p ... nc=images/gallery/272.jpg

oh, and a Toyota... he probobly OWNS a Ford too.

Ah i see its tuned but the guy who owns it as i said above his name is jason the guy you can see in the pic with his arms folded wont go over if he can help 40mph as it is his pride and joy it will only come out of the garage for special occasions and when the weather is really nice and i mean really nice lol. I was just adding aswell lol nothing has been done to the outside of the car except the paint job on it and the spoilers are standard as you should know if you have seen a cosworth and i can actually prove this is a real cosworth as alot of sierra's what look like cosworths are fakes because there isn't much real ones around these days if you look it the pic and look at the number plate then look at this page at the number plate you can see its real not doing this to have a go just before anyone says can you prove its real
Heres the link:
http://www.rac.co.uk/web/vehiclechecks/status_checks/

Just put in the reg D321 UOD in the Single check it says buy now but to get the basic information you dont have to pay a penny

Sam.
It says its a 1987 made Ford, but the engine is a 1993.... Doesn't sound like an original Cosworth to me. Not like i care. I see tonnes of those burnt on the drag strip, by VW's when they try doing RWYB at VWDRC events.
