what p***es me off about books like this is that its an unauthorised biog. i.e. an author / publisher has decided to jump on the lewis bandwagon and written a book about him.
now when this happens the subject has two choices, he can
co-operate and see a book sell with no return for himself or he can refuse and still see a book sell with no return to himself but with the potential to damage his image, upset family / friends etc.
the other thing is the trend for people to "tell their life storey" as soon as they become succesful. e.g. rooney, geri haliwell (twice i think?) etc
there should be a rule that no authorised (auto)biography is allowed till you have retired from your chosen profesion or you have to retire / die once it is published

Well, I heard that Alonso crashed out which is very unfortunate. Theres a 12 point difference now and Alonso needs a miracle really (perhaps put a gun to Ron's head to sabotage Hamilton's car 
) to win it. Hamilton is in a very comfy situation. You know, thinking about it, it seems Alonso has fallen in to Schumi's patterns. After his cheeky move at Spa with Hamilton at La Source, he got punished for it in Fuji, same way how Schumi was cheeky at Monaco and his car went at Suzuka.

I believe that Lewis is a great driver.. everyone who's in F1 is a great driver for sure. But you can't really jugde it so far because he has the best car this year. And the only one who he is competing against is Alonso. Alonso was 2 points behind which isn't much. Sadly for competition this tight Ferrari wasn't reliable enough this year and both drivers lost valuable points. Fight for driver's title would be much closer i think

In certain circumstances (favorite tracks, weather conditions, mood.. etc) he'd really stand out by challanging or at least keeping up with the winning teams IF he was that great. Perhaps the best example is Ayrton Senna and his superb performances in wet conditions.

Everyone knows the only real racing s is between team mated. I think Hamilton was in the most difficult situation this year. Regardless of what car he is in it doesn't matter.... it;;s who you are beating in the other side of the garage that matters.... and the guy on the other side of the garage is the current 2x WDC..... For me he has had the hardest job of all the rookies this season.
If you stuck Schumacher in a SPyker who wouldn't finish anywhere... The car you are in is almost irrelevant because all that matters is he is beating the best racing driver in F1 over last 2 years in the same car!!!

Ofcourse the subject of the book is funny - one reason it was brought up to start with - and so is the fact that it's (so far) quite close to getting it right. However I think you'll find it documented in most medical books that one of the main symptoms of Hamiltonitis is random adverse effects on the proper development of a thread.

Didn't take Hamilton long to find himself a nice spot in a tax haven. He's not moving to Switzerland to avoid paying taxes though, no sir, it's because of the press. He loves Britain really and would no doubt be happy to pay taxes just like... er... Coulthard. No, wait. Button? Ah, no. Er...

Of course I would, I just wouldn't claim that I'd been hounded out of my home country because of the press. Lewis isn't being hounded by the press, he's playing them like a cheap fiddle.
He's got a book deal to write 'his story' and yesterday both The Sun and The Mirror had 'Hamilton: My Story' plastered on their front pages. Of course, it would look bad for Hamilton to say "I'm earning so much cash that I'm going to move out of the country to avoid the tax", so he plays the "I'm just an average Joe trying to live my life and I've been chased out by the media" card. After taking yet more cash by selling his story to the tabloids.
