Heh, what do you guys say about sports anime ? I just got suckered into watchin one, and now I realized, Im watching 3sports anime ;D Prince of tennis; Eyeshield 21 ; Slam Dunk...
The only sports anime I saw before was Hajime no Ippo.. Great stuff, childish @ places... but really pumps the fuel up like watching a good game on tv ;D

I just finished Hajime No Ippo (Fighting Spirit) a week or two ago. And I should be getting the sequel (Champion Road) through Netflix this week. Ippo is totally the boxing version of Initial D. It was pretty cool.

Agreed, altough, it totally reminded me of rocky too... The spirit etc.. And the jokes were really funny.. Like that one with the Bear in the mountains xD Or the karaoke singing

I just like anime.

Getting them is the hard part. Now I admit that I do usually download the first few episodes, but if I like it then I buy it. If I don't like it I have other uses for my bandwidth. Unfortunately it's sometimes hard to get some titles. I mostly go for the box sets because I can save a GREAT deal of money that way.

I only wish I knew Japanese so I wouldn't need the subtitles.

Luckily we have Netflix in the States. And they have a really, really good selection of anime. That's what my main source for watching anime is. It kinda makes it too easy. I could probably list everything I've watched. But it would be a pretty big list. I've currently seen 164 different movies, series, and OVA's. And I'm currently watching 10 different series.

You need a life. Sorry, but crying over a cartoon is just 10X more wierder than I can handle, and the only reason i looked in this damn thread, was to unsubscribe for it. You should be ashamed at yourself. Crying over a cartoon. Now I want to watch it, video myself watching it, and send to you, to prove you don't have to watch EVERY animé movie to watch just 1, I'm sick of Animé CARTOONS ARE FOR CHILDREN, as are comics, I would love to see you try to get a girlfriend (who didn't like enjoy watching cartoons at the age of 18+) it's impossible.
