I tried overclocking, but when I set FSB to 400 and Multiply to 6 it won't boot. I'm at 6x330 now.
Try 8x250; Thats to 2.0Ghz, 6x330 sounds wierd.
I'm already using 9x256 (2.3GHz), which works like a charm. I've already tried 9x267 (2.4GHz) but that gets just a little hotter, (61*C!).

Sounds good, running okay? Tried any stress tests? I suggest Orthos, if you havn't.
I've done stress tests. Intel's TAT tool, workload level 100%.
Update : Running at 8x 320 (2560MHz - 800MHz RAM). When testing in Orthos temps go up to 62*C, which is in my opinion the limit. I've tried booting in 9x300, but it doesn't run for longer than one minute 
Okay, i'm experimenting (rather gingerly I must admit) now. I'm at 1.8 from 1.6 so far, running pretty good. Temperatures are fine, my SuperPI is broken..So i'm redownloading that.

Update: SuperPI times went from 45 seconds at 1.6ghz, to 35 seconds at 1.8ghz. I think thats a pretty big increase, for 200Mhz. Might stick at 1.8ghz for a while, see how it goes.

On an AMD 3700, DDR400 RAM all at STOCK i got 37 seconds, and overclocked i got 27 seconds.
On my PC i get 16.something, but that's got DDR1000 and a 3 GHz Core 2, but on my laptop, a 2 GHz Core 2 Duo (albeit with 4 MB of cache) and DDR667 RAM i pull in 26 seconds, and thats on a "plain" copy of Vista.

I got myself an Arctic Freezer 7 Pro, it works like a charm. My cpu is currently overclocked to 9x300 (2700MHz, 1.4V) and the temperature under load is 58*C. I mounted the thing the wrong way around the first time, but I quickly shut down the pc and corrected it, so no damage was done. The thermal paste doesn't work as well as it should I think, because it was melted (not solid, if you get what I mean) when I took off the heatsink and fan and turned it around.

In a few days you've gone from a 1.8 to a 2.7 and it's still quieter - Overclocking ftw!
I'm running 2.0GHz at the moment, stable so far. Load temps are 56 max.
I've got it mine at 115x22, and my temps are INSANE. It idles at about 30, stays in the mid/high 30 range while browsing, and it's never gone over 45 with stress testing. I wish I knew why my motherboard has such a shitty fsb wall, I KNOW the chip can do more, 330mhz above stock should be nothing.
