no, the grill is just a small bit of texture which tiles itself

Hmmm that sucks. Scawen must've made the texture tile now... because it used to be able to be edited fully to make a nice custom grille. Damn this 'optimization', damn it to hell!!!

do .rar files just go in some folder in the LFS program files? They dont need conversion or anything? Nice interior there... what program did you use to make it?

Is there any free software available for doing this sort of thing and editing interiors and so on?

.... sorry for asking so many questions!

A .RAR is an archive, like a .ZIP, do extract it to get the files you need to download WinRAR (Trial). Once you've installed that, right-click on the file and click "Extract With WinRAR".

You should be left with some .dds files - drop these in LFS>Data>DDS and it should work.

Paint .NET has introduced support for saving DDS files, you might want to try that.
