I made this tool for Japanese user before.

This is English version.
If you have interest, try this tool.
Anyway... scan is not perfect.

Procedure:
1. unzip InSimRaceScanEng.zip
2. copy InSimRaceScan.exe to LFS folder.
3. run LFS.exe and type "/insim=29999".
4. run InSimRaceScan.exe.
5. MPR file choice.
6. click scan button.

This tool scans some condition on the racing.

Scaning factor:
- Driver change.
- Pit in, out.
- Laptime.
- Conflict cars.

Still dont know what it is. Is it:
A) a stats processor
B) a camera program
C) something completely different

It's a camera program, I can't get it to work but the videos look good. It only works on MPRs though. If it were to run live, it would be much better - as would a button system overlay setup, as no-one else has done that.
