Hey guys just wondering does CD public server ever change their track? I think driving the same track over and over again gets a little bit boring. Do they ever change it? atleast liek for 30min or something Dont u get bored of Aston National ?
It never changes, thats the fun xD
The longest I have been there was for 5 races, then got borred and saw it no more ^^
Mainly because that there is a lot of...well not good standar on it.

Be warned it can get very addictive, before you know it your dreaming of a 1:41, sticking Conedodgers pictures on your bedroom wall and grovelling in their forums for one of their fast sets.

did that happen to you?
And then, after thousands of laps and getting to 1:41, you'll be 20 kilos heavier and want to never see the server again.

The server always seems to be full of bad driving, but at least t1 is clean because people know the race is pretty long.
CD1 is our very first server and it's still very popular, so yes it'll stay like that (GTR's @ AS3, and most important Free For All) as long as possible.
Of course there are good days and bad days, like any other servers. But I'm proud, yes proud and happy, to say that we got many beginners on this server and some of them are now in well known established teams. We always try to help and teach anyone who is showing efforts for doing good. This is also a place where you can see some aliens in action hence you may get good sets and good tips.

However the drivers who got a CD license can select track on the entry screen of CD2 (GTR's only).
You can also select track on CD4 for all GTR's (Big GTR's + XFR + UFR, FFA).
And CD3 is set to XFR+UFR @ AS1 and it's also FFA.

And much more to come soon

I did my stint of GTR @ AS3 back in 2005, when the physics meant that a 1:43 was alien speed. And now I never want to do that combo ever again, even the prospect of it makes me yawn/disconnect and want to drive something that isn't flat out for 93%* of the lap.

CD1 is one of the most popular servers on LFS

"If it ain't broken, why mend it"

The other 5 servers are always changing and we are just a few days away from our new system being launched when.......

Watch this space

Indeed, your server certainly isn't broken. It's the racers who are broken.

Why buy a license just to drive continuously night after night for years on a single combo? You can do that for free with the demo .

The funniest part is, those who have complained about the AS3/GTR combo, but yet continue to connect to it for years. Back when I have all my laps there (pre Conedodgers), it truely was the ONLY combo ever used. We now have CTRA-X, which is a blessing with the random track changes.

Now, if only we could have some XFG racing on some of the shorter S2 tracks in CTRA instead of the same boring S1 tracks over and over again.......

You mean 1:40

In Demo you do it in slow motion.

Anyways, I love racing on CD1 even thought I've been spending alot time on CTRA1 lately to get that damn silver license. T1 is always a mess but retard activity is much lower than on a CTRA, besides I think Aston National is good track to start with when getting into GTR cars.

With an FXR you dont dream of 1:40

CD 1 Is one of my favorite servers It's definatly a great place to race.
