You couldn't really say BEST League, you could say, something a bit more vague in terms of giving credit to the nominee, Like, Most Progressive Leauge, Most Active League, you never have to be 100% correct with any of it tho, because you can just say, it is for this 1 year

What about, Lamest Team Name and Lamest Player Name?

What about just having "nice" nominations instead of starting a flamewar. Yeah, you know it will end with that if we start nominating n00b of the year, lames team etc etc.
