Okay - the skin puts headlights on the skin. At the back there already are lights, so it would look silly to have extra ones...

And it's for the XRT because if you put it on another car the mapping on the skin will be wrong. The other giveaway is the name: xrt_BorisPrelude.jpg

It's not a car model, that you can download but only a skin texture for XR GT Turbo. But it can also be used for XRG when you rename the skin file.
