it says host is a diffrent game code so is it running patch x x10 x30 or x31

There is no password and this server is under testing that requires people to spec at times. I do wish people would show up as I need more testers... Umm, it is a bit hectic though since it forces you to spec, and I am constantly modifying the code... (Crashes a bit right now since its only been made today)

Well i joined, chatted with the guys for a while and then it sayd no server found anymore trying to join again..

Server crashed, I am going to bed sorry (3am here). Will be on again in about 6 hours from now.

Testing has started again. This testing session involves a fair amount of specing, but there is time to race while I am editing code. The system seems alot less crashy and just quite buggy. Not finished by any means but if you wanna help test it will be fun when this thing gets rolling!

Strange, I am up and on it. This is terribly buggy and I appreciate the help I have received so far although will need a ton more. Will open for more testing soon, but for now it is being worked on...

Saw you there - Its great fun. This thread can be used as suggestions and other things you want to say as well. Only 2 racers on the server now, and its getting much more stable

I guess some means to notify server if you dont want to race would be good.. also i still think that there should be a record of, if not best times but amount of wins maybe.. makes betting easier

I don't know about best times, and I also don't know if I will show others the amount of races won/lost although I will keep track of that and a few other basic stats. I was also planning on adding the "race/don't race" option as some people need to take their breaks and its such a quick paced thing that you can't. Also I am thinking about making it so the cars are random each race... That way the betting is even more of a gamble... I don't want the betting to be "known" ahead of time that a driver will be able to beat another. (Although reputation will be obvious). Glad you enjoy it! Looking for another testing time 2to3 hours from now if possible! Thanks

Well I have a quick thing for those who were interested in Dash for Cash. I have made a post on my teams forum, which you can all read. Hope you had fun testing those early stages and I have a ton more work to do on it still. Next weekend should be better as the program will be more then 8 hours of coding time!!

Its not an ad to get more teammates or anything about someone joining the team. Its just for allowing those who are interested in reading about / posting ideas about the Dash for Cash system.

Testing is open this weekend the system has changed VERY much and has in fact been restarted from scratch. I think a few of you will be happy to see the direction I took.

In about 2 hours from the time of this post the server *may* be able to be racing again, currently the interface is viewable, and semi-functional. I am working on making the rest of the system and the basics should be running in a few hours. Please join me on [SR]Team Test if you wish to test. I ask only that you cooperate when I ask to test something... The "Rules" screen will popup the first 5 times you join, please read it at least once.
