There's a little trick that can help you... as I see, you cut the car, add it on another layer, then blur. Try "erasing" the car from the under layer, even painting the borders of the car like the rest of the track so that you wont see that red blur under the car.

yeah, wheels - 50% radial blur, backround - 15% motion blur
should it be the same amount?

i dont think they must be 1on1 ( coz one is radial and one is motion) but you should definately increase the background by just sensing it

Nothing much, saturation, contrast. Thought i'd post it in edited since it is infact edited, didn't want to cause a misunderstanding in the Raw screenshots thread.
