I think it would fit really well to LFS as LFS engine sounds are generated too.

I'm talking about tracker player / maker, so we could enjoy much better music than boring mp3/ogg sounds, also SID player would be perfect
And I don't think this would be in wrong section.

Nice to see someone else likes good quality tracker mods too. Modarchive is one of my favourite sites.

I play mods (IT and XM mainly) with winamp. For rare mod types like used in old games or even C64 SID, I recommend Deliplayer2.

I play everything in winamp, there is even a HVSC playlist plugin where you can skip the sound effects tracks and cut looping endings.

The global hotkeys works while in lfs too.

My keyboard has a media interface, so I don't NEED an LFS interface, but it would be nice to see. But, I do use a Winamp plugin in Garry's Mod (completely irrelevant to the topic, but i dont care :tilt
