Good attempt, that is a lot better than the skins I used to make! Have you tried making it white instead of grey? I think it might look a bit better that way, just draw an outline around the white objects like the flag, so that you can still see them.

i tried to make it look like aluminium but i probably fail
and if your using Photoshop try putting shadows on your decals they will look more like they are part of the car instead of simply decals ... (you can add shadows by right clicking on the layer and go in blending option) the overall of the skin is not too bad but still need a litle bit of work
Repent 316
Here is a skin I've finished.

Quote from Dalek0220 :Wheres teh shadow layer?

To tell the truth ... I don't know anything about the shadow layer and/or how to incorporate it into a LFS car.
Any info would be helpful though.

By the way, can you tell me what's the name of the font of 316? Thank you

Hi,
Thanks for the comments. The font is "Enter Sansman" Bold Italic.

Place the default skin layer on top of your skin and select 'Multiply' in the layers menu. This is presuming you are using Photoshop.
People who use other software can tell you how it's done.

Usually it is visible in other software. Best way to tell people is to just select the default skin that was placed on the topmost layer, and look around for the word "Normal" in a dropdown menu. Select "Multiply", and tada . Usually that option is visible somewhere by default.

Thanks beefyman666.
It worked, and I like the way it looks.

I updated the original post with the added shadow layer included.

Fbm Bar001 1999
^^ hah. If I'd have more sig space, I probably would.

Anyways, yes I did make/complete it. An adaptation from the BF1 and FO8 of the BAR livery (seen here and here). However, it wasn't as easy as it sounds.

Livery of the 1999 British American Racing Supertech BAR001, JV edition.

By the way, the skin is already on LFS World, so you don't need to upload it.

This skin is free for public use, but please don't edit it and stuff.

Enjoy.

(Not my best screenshot edits imo, tbh)
